About the Founder/Owner
Casey Cooper is a native Texan who was raised in the Dallas area. After graduating from High School he joined the United States Air Force where he served more than 22 years. During most of his time he was a KC-10 Boom Operator and was fortunate enough to travel to and visit many countries around the globe. He took advantage of the educational opportunities and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice as well his MBA in Project Management. Following retirement it was always a dream to start and own his own business. So he and his wife Cristi decided to come back to Texas to build their forever home in the Mansfield area and continue on with that dream of business ownership. This is where LUXO Residential Services LLC was born and the goal is to bring this city and the surrounding area the cleanest clean you’ve ever seen! Come Home to Clean. Come Home to Luxury!

LUXO Residential Services LLC is a local Veteran owned and operated company. We service residential and commercial clients on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service schedule. We have NO contracts for residential clients but rest assured you will want us to come back again and again! Why, because we will clean your home the right way, the first time! How do you do your estimates?
For all services we do an in-person visit to your home or business and collect information such as square footage, number of rooms, bathrooms, etc. We also assess the current state of cleanliness and then we will get you a written estimate back via email in 24 hrs or less (The estimate will be good for 30 calendar days from the day proposal is dated).
How do you do your pricing?
Pricing is based upon the job. We do not charge hourly. Some facilities or homes have different levels of attention needed so we price our services independent of each other.
Why should I choose your company?
We pride ourselves on our trustworthiness, integrity, attention to detail and punctuality. We are also insured and licensed and do background checks and drug testing on all our employees. We go the extra mile to let you know we are taking care of your home or business. We guarantee our service. If there is anything you are not 100% happy about we will return within 24 hrs to clean it again at no additional charge!
What payments do you accept and how?
Do you supply cleaning products, mops, and vacuums?
Yes, we supply all cleaning products, etc. except for trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, soap (for soap dispensers). If you have a certain chemical of some type that you wish for us to use, we can do that for you, and it will stay at your home or place of business.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for military, veterans, first responders, doctors, nurses, teachers, postal service and senior citizens.
